Privacy and Google API data

ChannelTally processes workspace, YouTube channel, and operational data solely to provide the channel-management features you request.

Data we store

We store account and workspace records, encrypted OAuth refresh tokens, synced channel/video analytics, drafts, approvals, and audit events. OAuth tokens are encrypted at rest and never exposed in the browser.

Google API Limited Use

ChannelTally's use and transfer of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including its Limited Use requirements. We use Google data only to provide or improve user-facing ChannelTally features; we do not sell it, use it for advertising, or allow humans to read it except when needed for support, security, or legal compliance.

Retention and deletion

You can revoke a YouTube connection from Settings. Revocation schedules related authorized data for deletion. You can also request workspace export or deletion through Settings. Public research data is purged or refreshed within 30 days.
